OK - We now have a new account in the account list.
Click on the new account to highlight it in blue, then click the Properties button - You can also double click it to do the same thing..
The following dialog will be displayed, which will need to be edited as follows.
 
  • Item (1).
    This is what is shown in your account list - Change to something meaningful like Mail at My Domain for instance.
  • Item (2). Name
    Change this to reflect the department sending the mail i.e. Sales. or Orders etc.
  • Item (3). Organisation
    Change this to your business name.
  • Item (4). E-mail address
    Change this to the e-mail address that you want your mail to be shown as coming from i.e. sales@mydomain.com  or myname@mydomain.com etc..
    Reply address - This is usually the same as the e-mail address as above and is the e-mail address that an e-mail would be addressed to if the recipient clicked on Reply to Author from the button bar in Outlook. You can set this to a different address if you want replies to be sent elsewhere.

 

Click Apply - Then click OK to finish the account setup - You can then close the 'Internet Accounts' dialog
