How to cancel a service hosting agreement

In order to cancel a service agreement you need to access the UKTNET Customer Area. https://www.uktnet.co.uk/portal

Log into your account with your username (email address) and password.

Then...
Select 'My Services' from the top menu.

Next...
Click the red button entitled 'View' for the account you wish to modify.

Then...
Click the button entitled 'Request Cancellation' at the bottom of the page.

The selected account with then either be cancelled immediately (if you chose that option), or it will be cancelled at the end of the current term.

Note: Under our standard terms and conditions of service your cancellation must be submitted before the service is due for renewal. Otherwise you will be charged for a 1 month service period at the current monthly rate.
