Why has my email been rejected?

Email can be rejected for a number of reasons, the primary one being that the mail filter believes the content of the email to be spam.

The UKTNET automated email filters do a good job in keeping the dross delivered to our client mailboxes down to a minimum, but being a mechanical operation they are not perfect, so if your legitimate email has been rejected, then please contact us via our contact form http://www.uktnet.co.uk/Contact-Us.php quoting your email address (the one that has been rejected) and the recipients email address, and we will either add an exception in our main database or whitelist your email in the recipients mail system.

This applies to outgoing email from UKTNET clients hosted on the UKTNET system.
